This position allows you to work remotely while serving a diverse clientele in McMinnville, Oregon. Work Environment\n

Our work setting is primarily remote, with the option to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your own space or our outpatient office in McMinnville if you choose. We operate Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic. Our therapy approach is adaptable, providing both in-person and virtual sessions to meet clients' needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions tailored to clients’ unique needs and backgrounds.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), emotionally focused therapy (EFT), and systemic family therapy, ensuring evidence-based practices are incorporated into your sessions.

• Maintain comprehensive client records, adhering to ethical guidelines and professional standards to ensure confidentiality and provide insightful treatment evaluations.

• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultation meetings to discuss cases, enhance your skills, and receive feedback on therapeutic practices.

• Participate in continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and trainings to stay updated on emerging trends in therapy and mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve supporting clients dealing with a variety of mental health and relational challenges. These may include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship issues, and family dynamics. You will work closely with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, which will require cultural competency and sensitivity to their unique experiences and situations. By fostering a safe and empathetic environment, you will enable clients to explore their concerns and achieve meaningful change.

Qualifications\n

• A current Oregon LMFT license, or equivalent licensure as an LCSW or LPC is acceptable.

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with clients effectively, exhibiting genuine empathy and compassion.

• Proficient in providing both in-person and virtual therapy sessions using telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of 2 years of experience is required, we value therapists who have diverse backgrounds in various therapeutic modalities and experiences with different client populations. Candidates with prior experience in a remote therapy setting or those familiar with teletherapy tools will be prioritized as you will need to provide effective care under virtual conditions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The role offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
