Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized therapy plans based on clients' unique backgrounds and mental health needs.

• Deliver a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), solution-focused short therapy, and psychodynamic therapy, to individuals, families, and groups.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to legal, ethical, and organizational standards in client record-keeping.

• Engage with multidisciplinary teams to enhance treatment strategies, promote holistic care approaches, and ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Participate in continuous professional development through workshops and training sessions, keeping abreast of the latest research and developments in the field of mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse population, including individuals and families who may have limited access to mental health services. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related therapeutic field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.
