Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to better understand their mental health status and individual needs.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to address specific issues while utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client care, including coordination with psychiatrists, case managers, and other healthcare providers.

• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to remain current on best practices and innovations in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as an LPC, you will predominantly work with a diverse client population facing a range of challenges including substance abuse disorders, anxiety, depression, and eating disabilities. Your expertise will provide critical support to those navigating difficult life transitions and seeking improved mental health. Your approach will be client-centered, ensuring that therapeutic solutions are tailored to each individual’s unique context and circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, preferably within a mental health environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in therapeutic areas such as family therapy, couples counseling, substance treatment, or trauma-informed care is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
