This full-time position offers the flexibility and convenience of a remote work setting. Our team operates Monday through Friday, with core hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a healthy work-life balance while fulfilling our mission. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough Psychosocial Assessments, developing detailed clinical summaries that inform treatment strategies.

• Design individualized treatment plans with measurable goals tailored to each client's unique circumstances, adjusting them as necessary based on ongoing feedback.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in progress notes for each patient to track treatments, ensuring adherence to regulations and best practices.

• Continuously evaluate treatment effectiveness, engaging in open communication with clients, families, and other health professionals involved in care.

• Develop collaborative relationships with community organizations and service providers to enhance client care and connect patients with additional resources.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• An active Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in California.

• A minimum of 2 years of demonstrable professional counseling experience in a clinical or therapeutic setting.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse client backgrounds.

• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms and navigating digital documentation systems effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care.

• Experience in working with clients in a remote setting, adept at building rapport through virtual means.

• Background in training or supervising junior counselors or interns is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 120,000 annually , depending on your experience and qualifications.
