Role Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for patients in either inpatient or outpatient environments and develop personalized treatment regimens

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a similar degree from an accredited institution

Licenses and Certification

• State certification as a Physical Therapist
• Current CPR certification preferred
