Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand each client's mental health needs and establish a rapport that helps foster trust and emotional safety.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on client assessments, setting realistic goals to guide their therapeutic journey.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support personalized mental health care.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions to promote social skills and coping strategies among peers, particularly in a school context for children and adolescents.

• Document patient interactions, treatment strategies, and progress notes accurately to ensure compliance with regulatory and best practice standards.

• Actively liaise with the Utilization Review Department and Business Department to ensure appropriate authorizations, billing processes, and payment reconciliation.

• Connect clients with community resources, providing interpretation and translation services to break down language barriers when necessary.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
