Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ mental health status, implementing diagnostic tools such as the DSM-5 to develop individualized treatment plans that consider cultural and special needs.

  Document all treatment records, reports, and clinical information accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with regulatory and departmental procedures.

Qualifications\n

  Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

  Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation in the State of California.

  Two (2) years of demonstrated experience in mental health counseling or relevant clinical practice.

  Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds when necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually , plus an appealing benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company matching, paid parental leave, and more.
