Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide compassionate and effective virtual therapy sessions to a diverse clientele, ensuring a minimum of 25 clients per week.

• Utilize therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy to address clients' psychological needs.

• Collaborate with our administrative team to streamline client intake and feedback processes, enhancing overall service delivery.

• Document therapy sessions accurately in our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system, tracking client progress and treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will have experience working with a broad spectrum of clients, primarily adults aged 18 and over, including those from minority and diverse backgrounds. Understanding issues related to Men's mental health and having the ability to work with the LGBTQIA+ community are valued assets. You will play a critical role in promoting mental wellness and improving the lives of our clients through tailored therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active LICSW license to practice in Massachusetts.

• Minimum of three years of post-licensure experience in clinical counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
