Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments by evaluating clients' mental health histories and presenting issues to devise individualized treatment plans that address their unique goals.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions, as well as group therapy workshops, addressing a range of topics such as anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and relationship conflicts.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to guide sessions and monitor progress, adapting therapeutic approaches based on client responses and changing needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and peer support specialists, to ensure a comprehensive and cohesive treatment experience for clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
