Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain a positive, therapeutic rapport with patients, fostering trust to enhance the counseling experience. Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders, integrating evidence-based practices into treatment. Collaborate with patients to create and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs and circumstances. Regularly schedule and lead therapy sessions, providing guidance and support as individuals and groups work through challenges. Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary and providing referrals to specialists when required. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with organizational policies. Patient Population / Client Focus In this role, you will primarily engage with a varied client base, including individuals, couples, and families facing complex mental health challenges. Our clients seek assistance with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, trauma recovery, and adjustment disorders. You will play a crucial role in guiding them towards healthier lifestyles, improving their emotional and relational health. Qualifications A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required. Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas. Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of establishing trust and rapport with diverse populations. Demonstrated ability to utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques suited to individual client needs. Preferred Experience Experience providing individual and group therapy in a clinical or community health setting. Familiarity with teletherapy practices and technology. Strong organizational skills, effective time management, and an ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently. Compensation and Benefits This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
