Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the needs of couples and families.

• Facilitating therapy sessions for couples, as well as providing individual therapy for each member of the family, addressing issues such as communication breakdowns, job stress, and interpersonal conflicts.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a variety of challenges, including alcohol abuse, grief and loss, adjustment issues related to separation and divorce, and blended family dynamics.

• Documenting clinical progress and maintaining accurate, confidential patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Engaging actively in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and share best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n
