Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Low County Community Health Services, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, personal strengths, and available resources.

• Providing therapeutic interventions through individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.

• Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans that include specific, measurable goals and intervention strategies.

• Facilitating group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster community and resilience among clients.

• Offering crisis intervention support, including risk assessments and safety planning as needed, to ensure client safety and well-being.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to ensure an integrated and continuous care approach.
