Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for diverse clients, including individuals, adolescents, families, and groups. This involves evaluating their unique needs and formulating appropriate treatment plans.

• Perform initial assessments to triage care effectively, ensuring that clients receive timely and tailored interventions.
\n
• Engage in regular communication with fellow staff members regarding client assessments, treatment plans, and interdisciplinary strategies during meetings and through meticulous documentation.

• Deliver ethically sound case management services for assigned patients, coordinating with external health professionals and community programs to facilitate comprehensive care.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to support patients in achieving their individualized treatment goals.

• Complete all documentation in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with departmental standards and maintaining patient confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele, engaging with individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. You will be instrumental in providing tailored support that addresses both immediate concerns and long-term mental wellness. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A strong educational foundation, with at least a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, while advanced degrees are preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
