As a fully remote position, Mental Health Therapists at Paragon Behavioral Health Center benefit from the ability to work from any location, with an organized virtual platform designed to facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members. The work schedule generally runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some opportunities for flexibility based on patient availability and needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments to ascertain patients' needs, thereby informing customized treatment plans that address individual circumstances.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families using effective modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, ensuring a tailored approach for each client.

• Facilitate psychoeducational sessions and support groups that foster a sense of community, helping clients feel less isolated in their experiences.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide coordinated care that encompasses all facets of a patient’s mental health.

• Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, ensuring that clients receive immediate support and guidance.

• Education of patients regarding their mental health conditions, exploring treatment options, and informing them of available resources in the community to promote informed decision-making.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient documentation to comply with legal and ethical standards, ensuring accuracy in all records.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this role is between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
