Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations including in-depth review of medical history and performance assessments to establish individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs.
• Communicate evaluation findings and treatment plans clearly to patients and their families, ensuring active participation in setting achievable goals.
• Implement treatment protocols proficiently based on evaluation insights, adapting to changes in patient conditions and healthcare regulations.
• Engage in interdisciplinary consultations as necessary, documenting any relevant changes in patient conditions and adjusting care plans accordingly.
• Participate in discharge planning and provide follow-up care, ensuring accurate documentation including daily encounter notes and interim progress updates.
• Maintain effective time management to meet established productivity targets while ensuring patient care is always a priority.
• Contribute to departmental goals by participating in marketing activities and community outreach to promote the clinic's services.
• Commit to continuous professional development by pursuing education opportunities and mentoring students during their clinical placements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.

• Current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR certification is required.

Compensation and Benefits
