Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual, couples, family, and group therapy across diverse age groups and backgrounds.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' unique strengths, challenges, and therapeutic goals, ensuring a tailored approach to treatment.

• Design, implement, and regularly update evidence-based treatment plans that reflect the client's evolving needs and progress.

• Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals, physicians, and community resources to provide integrated care solutions.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of therapeutic interventions and client progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. You will engage with clients ranging from children to older adults, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship problems, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• You must hold a current, fully licensed status to practice independently as either an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, without any provisional licenses or disciplinary actions.

• Demonstrated ability to assess, plan, and implement effective treatment strategies based on professional evaluations.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills that facilitate rapport-building and promote a safe, supportive therapeutic environment.
