Key Responsibilities\n

• Effectively manage crises during therapy sessions, employing de-escalation techniques and providing immediate support to clients and their families.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure that all treatment goals and interventions are communicated and aligned for comprehensive patient care.

• Conduct timely clinical documentation that is vital to track treatment progress, ensuring that all notes are completed contemporaneously with the service provided.

• Establish therapeutic rapport with clients and their support systems, conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate risks, including suicidality and potential harm to self or others.

• Facilitate admission assessments for new clients, demonstrating professionalism and warmth to foster a welcoming environment.
\n
• Engage in weekly treatment team meetings to review clinical cases, adjust treatment plans, and share insights for coordinated care.

• Provide utilization reviews to insurance companies to ensure appropriate clinical information is presented for initial and ongoing authorizations.

• Maintain effective communication with family members, returning correspondence within specified time limits to support continuity of care.
\n
• Coordinate discharge planning from the very first day of admission, ensuring that clients leave with a robust understanding of their coping strategies and follow-up plans.

• Confirm discharge appointments with clients and their families prior to leaving care to ensure continuity and support.

Your work will involve supporting a diverse clientele facing a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work from an accredited program (e.g., MA, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).

• An independent license to practice in the state of Oregon as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.

Compensation and Benefits\n
