Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Clinician, you will undertake a variety of responsibilities designed to promote effective treatment and progress for your clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating closely with psychiatric providers and fellow therapists to create comprehensive and integrated treatment plans.

• Delivering weekly evidence-based therapy through secure video sessions to adults facing diverse emotional disorders, ensuring optimum patient engagement and support.

• Utilizing automatically administered symptom self-assessments and progress measures to monitor client outcomes, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on objective data.

• Maintaining meticulous clinical documentation through our intuitive therapist portal, which allows for efficient tracking of client progress and workflow management.

• Engaging in regular consultation and support with the Therapy Leadership Team to foster professional development and address challenging cases.

• Formulating diagnoses in accordance with the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders V (DSM V) standards, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

• Crafting individualized treatment plans that encompass established practice guidelines, while providing therapy, supportive counseling, and educational resources tailored to each client.

• Employing therapeutic methods, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, brief therapy, and behavior modification techniques during counseling sessions to maximize therapeutic effectiveness.

You will primarily work with adults experiencing a range of emotional disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment issues. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
