Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to formulate appropriate treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of clients.

• Provide individual and family psychotherapy sessions, employing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment interventions, and outcome measures in our EHR.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators and medical professionals, to ensure comprehensive care.

• Implement strategies for crisis intervention and support clients in developing coping mechanisms for daily challenges.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay informed about the latest trends in mental health therapies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role is primarily dedicated to serving children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Our clinicians focus on building rapport with younger clients and their families to create an environment conducive to open communication and trust, offering not just therapy but holistic support as part of their growth journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field, with licensure as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working directly with children and adolescents in a therapeutic setting.

• Demonstrated ability to provide direct psychotherapy services and successfully build rapport with clients.

• Strong computer skills and familiarity with electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with diverse clinical presentations, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and PTSD.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The expected salary range for this position is between $90,000 and $100,000 per year. Additional performance-based bonuses may be available, and compensation packages are tailored based on education, experience, licensure, and clinical hours worked. Benefits include:
