Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions and consultations from the comfort of your home while connecting with clients through secure telehealth platforms. The work schedule is set from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on patient requirements. This flexibility fosters a work-life balance while ensuring that our therapists are available when clients need support the most.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patients' psychiatric needs, considering their medical histories and current health conditions.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address both mental health and medical concerns, integrating therapeutic approaches that promote holistic healing.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to suit the diverse needs of our patient population.

• Collaborate with primary care providers and psychiatrists to ensure a seamless continuum of care and to enhance treatment outcomes through shared insights and strategies.

• Provide crisis intervention and ongoing support during mental health emergencies to safeguard patient safety and well-being.

• Empower patients through education about the interconnections between their mental health and physical health, providing them with tools to manage their conditions effectively.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Georgia.

• Demonstrated experience in providing mental health treatment to individuals with complex psychiatric and medical conditions.

• Strong skills in crisis intervention and management, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building trust and rapport with patients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
