Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Clinician, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments of individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to identify their unique needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to support clients in achieving their goals.

• Documenting client interactions, treatments, and assessments accurately, ensuring compliance with departmental standards and ethical guidelines.

• Participating in patient rounds and multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss treatment plans and progress, thereby contributing to a coordinated care approach.

• Managing a caseload by performing case management duties, collaborating with other health professionals and community resources to deliver comprehensive care.

• Ethically completing all documentation in a timely manner to support patient care continuity and outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
