Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately diagnose and formulate treatment plans for clients experiencing issues such as depression, anxiety, and relational conflicts.

• Lead individual therapy sessions that are client-centered and evidence-based, adapting your approach based on each patient’s unique needs and progress.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress in electronic medical records in compliance with legal and organizational standards, ensuring confidentiality and record accuracy.

• Manage case responsibilities through effective communication, including triaging referrals, coordinating with other healthcare providers, and maintaining regular contact with clients and their families.

• Engage in regular consultations with interdisciplinary team members to discuss treatment strategies and improve client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
