Review test results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform routine maintenance and calibration on lab equipment. Support specimen collection and sample preparation for testing as required. Maintain thorough documentation of all processes, assist in training new team members or students, and help sustain laboratory quality benchmarks. Ensure a sanitized, safe workspace while complying with regulatory and accreditation standards. Education Requirements Possess a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or hold an allied health degree along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation. Certification Expectations ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be acquired within one year of employment commencement.
