Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations during initial client sessions to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate therapeutic interventions for a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Utilize various treatment methodologies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, adjusting techniques based on each client's needs.

• Collaborate with a team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a well-rounded approach to client care.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifications\n
