Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will engage in a variety of crucial tasks aimed at enhancing patient mental health outcomes:

• Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ psychological status, including utilizing the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, to formulate individualized care plans.

• Diagnosis and Monitoring: Diagnose mental health conditions when necessary, continually monitor patient progress, and adjust treatment interventions based on evolving needs.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely treatment records and reports in compliance with regulatory standards using innovative technology platforms.

• Collaborative Care Planning: Work alongside patients and their loved ones to develop holistic treatment strategies that reflect individual goals and cultural considerations.

• Intervention Strategies: Implement evidence-based interventions and strategies that support mental health recovery, focusing on safety and symptom reduction.

• Referral Coordination: Act as a bridge between patients and additional treatment resources, coordinating referrals and establishing effective communication with other healthcare providers.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Compensation and Benefits\n
