Pay & Benefits

• Salary: Starting at $500,000 (0-3 yrs), $550,000 (4-6 yrs), $600,000+ (7+ yrs)
• Bonus: Up to $75K annual, one-time $50K signing bonus
• Relocation: Up to $15,000 stipend

What You'll Do

• Establish and lead a vascular surgery program at a community-focused hospital in partnership with The Ohio State University
• Perform open and endovascular procedures for aneurysms, carotid disease, limb salvage, and more
• Manage vascular conditions with medical and non-surgical therapies
• Participate in clinic and surgical days, managing a diverse case load
• Share night/weekend call (approx. 10 shifts/month) with colleagues
• Supervise advanced practice providers and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Contribute to program expansion, including recruitment and new facilities development
• Educate and counsel patients and families about treatment options and disease management
• Serve as a clinical faculty member with Ohio State University, mentoring trainees and staff

What You Need

• Medical license in Ohio and Board Certification in Vascular Surgery
• Minimum of 0-3 years with a starting salary of $500K or more depending on experience
• Key skills: advanced vascular surgical techniques, effective communication, team collaboration, leadership desire (preferred but not required)
