• Experience: Prior outpatient Rheumatology experience preferred

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay: $1.00/hour (note: pay rate may be placeholderplease confirm during application process)
• Additional Compensation & Bonuses:
  • Up to $500,000/year total compensation (including productivity bonuses)
  • $50,000 signing bonus
  • Relocation assistance up to $10,000

What You'll Do:

• Provide outpatient rheumatology care at a modern facility
• Manage your patient panel and choose your workload
• Collaborate with a comprehensive care team across specialties
• Participate in weekly CME sessions and Mayo Clinic programs
• Use Cerner EMR for integrated outpatient and inpatient documentation
• Potentially teach medical students and APP trainees
• Leverage Mayo Clinic resources such as eConsults, eBoards, and AskMayoExpert

What You Need:

• Medical license in Ohio or eligible for licensure
• MD or DO degree with Board Certification in Rheumatology (preferred)
• Outpatient rheumatology experience is a plus
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
