Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of patients using appropriate tools, such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), ensuring that individual treatment plans are tailored to the unique cultural and psychological needs of the patient.

• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment interventions and strategies as necessary to support their mental health recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment records, reports, and clinical information, employing current technological tools in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Work collaboratively with patients, their families, and our clinical team to design and implement effective treatment plans aimed at improving mental health outcomes.

• Facilitate coordination between patients and external treatment providers, ensuring seamless access to additional resources and care options.
\n
• Provide mentoring and educational opportunities for interns, students, and new team members, fostering a culture of learning within the organization.

• Engage in peer-to-peer reviews and participate in clinical collaborations to enhance team performance and efficacy in delivering mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution and a valid New York State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
