Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of important functions, including but not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments that take into account each patient's medical history and specific conditions affecting their mental health.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that blend psychiatric care with medical considerations, ensuring that both aspects are effectively addressed.

• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of patients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to promote recovery and personal growth.

• Working closely with a multidisciplinary team of medical providers to ensure coordinated care and to improve treatment outcomes for patients with complex needs.

• Providing timely crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, working to de-escalate situations and support patients in distress.

• Educating patients on the interplay between mental and physical health, empowering them with strategies to manage their overall well-being.

• Maintaining precise and confidential documentation in line with legal and ethical standards, contributing to the integrity of patient records.

• Engaging in continuous professional development by staying informed on the latest research and developments in integrated mental health care practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a rich and varied patient demographic, including individuals grappling with chronic pain, addiction, and autoimmune disorders. Your efforts will be pivotal in assisting these patients to navigate their physical and mental health challenges and to promote a better quality of life through integrated therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R Privilege (LCSW-R), Licensed Psychoanalyst, or Psychologist.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage with patients and collaborate with healthcare colleagues.

• Proficiency with electronic health record systems and an ability to adapt to various software tools used in psychotherapy practice.

Preferred Experience\n

While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with experience treating mental health conditions in patients with co-occurring medical issues. Experience in a fast-paced outpatient setting will also be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
