Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct confidential and empathetic individual counseling sessions using video chat, employing your knowledge and skills to create a safe environment for clients.

• Implement solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to the individual needs of clients, helping them to address their mental health concerns effectively.

• Design and develop personalized treatment plans that reflect clients’ unique situations, objectives, and therapeutic goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with stable, low acuity adults who present with a diverse array of mental health challenges. Your responsibility will be to empower these individuals, helping them cultivate the skills necessary to improve their overall quality of life. By utilizing evidence-based practices and fostering strengths, you will help these clients on their journey to mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current, state-issued mental health counseling license in one of the following areas: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No disciplinary actions or limitations on licensing.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills combined with a compassionate nature, essential for building rapport and trust with clients.

• Proficient computer literacy, including familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital communication tools.

• A reliable computer with webcam and audio capabilities, alongside a dependable internet connection for remote sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, reflecting your experience and expertise. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a sign-on bonus to help you get started in your new role.
