You will engage with patients via secure virtual platforms, allowing you to offer specialized mental health services from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality therapeutic services to a diverse range of clients, including children, teenagers, young adults, and their families through virtual counseling sessions.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients and their families to assess progress, provide ongoing support, and modify treatment plans based on individual needs.
\n
• Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary clinical team, which includes clinical psychologists, Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs), and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Document assessments, treatment plans, and session notes diligently in accordance with our in-house policies and best practices for telehealth.

• Work in partnership with Emora Health’s clinical leadership to refine treatment methodologies and processes, enhancing the care experience for families.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population, including at-risk youth, families dealing with trauma, and adults managing mental health challenges. This role necessitates a compassionate and adaptable approach to care, as each client's circumstances demand unique interventions. You will be instrumental in crafting personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based techniques and therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the specific needs of your client base.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license to practice independently in the state of Maryland.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field is required.
\n
• Minimum of two years of experience in psychotherapy treatment, with at least one year of post-licensure experience being preferred.

• Ability to obtain Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within the first 30 days of employment.

• Demonstrable experience with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, complemented by potential performance-based bonuses.
