Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, sharing insights and strategies to ensure comprehensive support for each client.

Qualifications\n
