This remote position is fully supported by our dynamic, collaborative team. Our scheduling accommodates work-life balance, offering options for both 4x10 and 5x8 shifts, allowing you to choose a work schedule that best fits your personal needs. Standard working hours are between 8 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Friday, making it easy to integrate work into your daily life.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Anxiety Health Network, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing psychotherapy and counseling to individuals, groups, couples, and families, helping them navigate a variety of mental health challenges.

• Conducting in-depth interviews with clients to gather crucial social, personal, and health-related information.
\n
• Evaluating and treating psychosocial problems within your scope of practice, offering tailored solutions to clients' needs.
\n
• Coordinating and planning programs to address clients' social and emotional needs in a school setting.
\n
• Facilitating cases focusing on cognitive, affective, and behavioral health, including short-term crisis resolution and community resource referrals.

• Developing and maintaining a trusting relationship with clients, built on respect and acceptance.
\n
• Continuously assessing the effectiveness of treatment services provided, utilizing established protocols for documentation and reporting.

• Managing a caseload effectively, ensuring timely updates and comprehensive documentation reflecting client services.
