Paralegal - Bankruptcy

Overview GrayRobinson, a full-service law and government-consulting firm with 16 offices in Florida and Washington, D.C., has an immediate opening for a full-time Paralegal with 10+ years of bankruptcy experience based in one of our offices. This position provides high-level paralegal and administrative support to multiple attorneys. Responsibilities Provide high-level paralegal and administrative support to multiple attorneys. Calendar deadlines and court orders; manage deadlines effectively and maintain calendar accuracy. Proofread and draft documents; demonstrate strong proofreading and drafting skills. Qualifications 10+ years of bankruptcy experience. Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Outlook Calendar, etc.). Knowledge of bankruptcy court procedures and the rules of bankruptcy procedure; experience with e-filing in state and federal courts. Ability to work effectively with others under deadlines; strong organizational and multitasking skills. Effective time management and written and oral communication skills.
