** Accounts Payable Specialist **
** Location: ** On-site
** Compensation: ** $55,000–$65,000 annually (based on experience)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the full accounts payable cycle in a fast-paced environment, processing both PO and non-PO invoices while ensuring accuracy and timely payments. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable following up with internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Process 200–300 invoices per month, including PO and non-PO invoices.
• Perform full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice coding, GL coding, and three-way matching.
• Process employee expense reimbursements accurately and on time.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies by working with procurement and internal departments.
• Ensure invoices are properly approved and matched prior to payment.
• Maintain accurate vendor records and AP documentation.
• Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
• Support continuous process improvements within the AP function.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience.
• Experience with GL coding and three-way matching.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Experience following up on non-matching invoices and resolving discrepancies.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred.
• Industry experience is not required.
