Bilingual HR Assistant: Onboarding, Records & Benefits

Superior Metal Technologies, LLC is seeking a bilingual HR Assistant to support recruiting, onboarding, and HR recordkeeping at our 120,000 square foot facility in Indiana. This part-time role runs roughly 25–30 hours per week, usually weekdays from 7am to 5pm, on site. Responsibilities include employee records, benefits inquiries, payroll support, and employee relations under the HR manager.
