Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients by developing and maintaining rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships, while ensuring adherence to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess mental health progress, provide support, and offer guidance on upcoming appointments, facilitating timely and therapeutic discharges when appropriate.

• Design and enforce person-centered treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, implementing evidence-based interventions and continuously monitoring for effectiveness.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes to ensure compliance and quality of care.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client histories, current mental health concerns, and potential therapeutic pathways.

Qualifications\n

• A current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential, allowing for independent practice.

• At least two years of experience working in a clinical outpatient setting following graduation, providing practical knowledge of patient care and mental health interventions.

• Proficiency in using digital tools and computer systems, particularly experience with Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and Pimsy for documentation and communication.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000, contingent upon experience and qualifications.
