Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with low-acuity clients who require support in managing stress, anxiety, and other common mental health issues. Our client base is diverse, including individuals from various backgrounds seeking assistance to improve their mental health outcomes. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active state licensure as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PsyD is required to practice in Tennessee.

• Strong digital literacy skills, including experience with Google Suite and proficiency in using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating with team members.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling or therapeutic setting is required, demonstrating a solid foundation in mental health treatment modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
