Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via secure video conferencing platforms, using evidence-based methods to treat patients effectively.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers—including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals—to create comprehensive treatment plans that address the holistic needs of patients.

• Utilize assessment tools to monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans based on meaningful insights from symptom self-assessments and functional improvement measures.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in training related to our proprietary care pathways—a set of evidence-based frameworks designed for effective treatment delivery.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and patient progress within electronic health records (EHR).
\n
• Employ advanced technology skills to facilitate seamless communication and engagement with clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse adult population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, and other mental health challenges. Our client base varies, offering a unique opportunity to tailor your approach and interventions based on the specific needs and backgrounds of those you support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Active licensure in California as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD.
\n
• Proficiency in telehealth delivery with experience supporting adolescents and young adults.
\n
• Strong technological skills, including the ability to use Google Suite and EHRs confidently.
\n
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and compassion in client interactions.
\n
• Professional demeanor and the ability to present oneself as a warm, empathetic, and engaging therapist.

Preferred Experience\n

• 2-3 years of prior experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions within a telehealth setting.

• Experience with specific therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or other relevant practices.

• A willingness to undergo training and implement our care pathways for best practices in treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
