Overview
Employment in this role is conditional upon successful execution of the contract by the client.
The Work
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to senior executives and project leadership, ensuring efficient office and project operations in support of the client’s requirements. The Executive Assistant acts as a key liaison between the executive team, internal staff, stakeholders, and external partners, facilitating effective communication, scheduling, and documentation.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive administrative support using the MS Office Suite.
- Apply working knowledge of MilPDS, GTC, DTS, ERM, and DDR to support administrative processes as required.
- Provide administrative and program support to the Commander's Support Staff (CSS) (e.g. In/Out processing, monitoring/managing performance reports, and other programs assigned by the client.
- Provide administrative support to squadron senior leadership (e.g. calendars, meetings, correspondence, travel).
- Support coordination of schedules, correspondence, and administrative documentation.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

- Executive Assistant Journeyman:
- Associate’s degree or approved equivalent experience.
- 5 years’ related experience, Working knowledge of MilPDS, GTC, DTS, ERM, and DOR.
- Active Secret Security Clearance.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a clear, professional, and articulate manner.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high-level attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze systems and procedures.
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple design streams across concurrent work effort.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work well independently as well as on a multi-functional team.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.

Working Conditions
- Professional office environment, with the ability to work onsite in the main office.
- Must be physically and mentally able to perform duties extended periods of time.
- Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed to meet the demands of this position.
- Must be able to establish a productive and professional workspace.
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time looking at computer screen.
- May be asked to work a flexible schedule which may include holidays.
- May be asked to travel for business or professional development purposes.
- May be asked to work hours outside of normal business hours.
