Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to thoroughly understand clients' mental health challenges, personal strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individualized, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that set clear, achievable goals for client progress, integrating feedback and active collaboration from clients.

• Engage collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure seamless and coordinated care tailored to client needs.

• Provide crisis intervention as necessary, including risk assessments and safety planning to promote client safety and sustainable recovery.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring all client records reflect their journey and progress.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, enhancing our clients' therapeutic experiences and facilitating peer support.
