Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your daily tasks will encompass a variety of responsibilities tailored to enhance the therapeutic experience for patients:

• Implementing therapeutic interventions through virtual sessions, maintaining a strong therapeutic alliance, and facilitating coping strategies for patients and their families in a hospice setting.

• Documenting clinical interactions comprehensively and accurately, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards.

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to provide coordinated care tailored to the individual patient’s goals.

Qualifications\n
