Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health, utilizing validated tools to measure emotional well-being and identify specific issues that need addressing.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, grounded in clinical best practices, to address the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Facilitate various therapeutic modalities, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, delivering evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Continuously monitor client progress, utilizing metrics and feedback to refine and adjust treatment protocols as necessary, ensuring optimal therapeutic outcomes.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute emotional distress, utilizing de-escalation techniques and linking them to the appropriate resources.
\n
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, adhering strictly to legal, ethical, and organizational standards, as well as ensuring confidentiality.
\n
• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic care and successfully navigate complex client cases.

• Engage in ongoing professional education, attending workshops and conferences to stay current with emerging trends and methodologies in mental health treatment.

• Participate in regular supervision sessions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve adults grappling with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Our clientele is diverse, encompassing individuals from different backgrounds, cultures, and life experiences. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional compensation may be available through bonus opportunities. Our benefits include:
