Work Environment\n

This role offers a 100% remote work setting, enabling you to connect with clients through telehealth platforms. You will interact with clients through secure video conferencing meetings, utilizing technology to provide care while ensuring confidentiality and comfort. The flexible workhours will align with a 9 AM to 5 PM schedule, Monday through Friday, with no on-call demands, allowing a convenient work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one video therapy sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based strategies to facilitate their mental health improvement.

• Guide clients in exploring their emotions and life experiences through thoughtful discussions, promoting deeper self-awareness and understanding.

• Advocate for clients by helping them articulate their personal goals and preferences in their treatment journey.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and craft individualized treatment plans through a solution-focused methodology.

• Document client progress accurately in our electronic records system, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development, remaining current with best practices and emerging therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be adults dealing with diverse mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship issues, and emotional regulation. The clients you serve are characterized as stable and low-acuity, making them receptive to guidance and supportive therapy. Your skills will help them develop coping strategies that lead to more fulfilling lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Possession of one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Proficient computer literacy skills, especially in telehealth systems and electronic documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary between USD 115,000 and 130,000 annually, dependent on your hours worked and relevant experience.
