Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, to gain a comprehensive understanding of each client’s needs.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that incorporate their specific goals, insights, and cultural contexts.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic methods, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), in individual and group settings.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services and work closely with primary care providers and other mental health professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes, adhering to all regulatory and organizational standards.

• Empower clients and their families through psychoeducation, equipping them with the tools needed to manage mental health challenges successfully.

• Engage with a multidisciplinary team of health professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to deliver coordinated care that improves overall patient outcomes.

• Regularly assess treatment effectiveness through outcome measures, adjusting interventions based on client progress and feedback.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Massachusetts.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years’ experience in a mental health counseling role, with a strong background in trauma-informed practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The offered annual salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $84,000. Actual compensation may vary based on several factors including experience, education, and skill level. Benefits provided include:
