Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand the emotional, psychological, and social needs of clients.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that are adaptable based on the client’s progress and feedback.

• Utilize various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused approaches, tailored to individual client needs.

• Provide ongoing counseling sessions, ensuring a safe space for clients to express themselves and work through personal challenges.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to maximize effectiveness.

• Engage in consultations and collaborate with other mental health professionals to enhance client care.

• Educate clients on mental health issues, coping strategies, and self-care techniques that promote resilience and well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health conditions. A deep understanding of their backgrounds and challenges will be instrumental in tailoring your therapeutic approach. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
