As a remote employee at our community health clinic, you will have the flexibility to manage your schedule while working from the comfort of your home. Regular working hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately evaluate clients’ mental health needs.

• Creating and implementing personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with individual goals and encourage active participation in the recovery process.

• Providing individual, couples, and group therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities to address diverse client issues.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and continuity of services for clients.

• Maintaining detailed and confidential client records while adhering to ethical and legal guidelines.

• Participating in regular clinical supervision, case conferences, and ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients range from individuals struggling with substance use disorders to those facing emotional crises or mental health challenges connected to trauma. You will play a pivotal role in offering therapeutic support not only for addiction therapy but also for trauma intervention, emotional crisis management, and suicide prevention. Our approach is tailored and culturally sensitive, recognizing the individual background and experiences of each client.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree in a mental health-related field is mandatory.

• A valid and independent LMHC license is required to practice in the state of Massachusetts.
