Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality mental health services via telehealth, ensuring effective treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of each client.

• Engage in group therapy sessions, managing groups of no more than eight clients to foster in-depth discussions and meaningful relationships.
\n
• Collaborate with the Admissions and Assessment team to ensure each client is receiving appropriate care.
\n
• Maintain consistent scheduling for group sessions and individual appointments, allowing clients predictable support.
\n
• Participate in ongoing case discussions and training sessions to share insights and develop innovative therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adolescents and young adults who may be facing a multitude of mental health challenges, including mild to moderate mental illness and substance use issues. This role presents a unique opportunity to build rapport with clients and support them through their mental health journeys, leveraging a structured approach to therapy that encourages growth and resiliency.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
\n
• Active licensure in Washington State as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT. We also welcome junior-licensed professionals, as we offer supervision opportunities.

• Availability for a minimum of 12 hours per week for part-time and up to 40 hours for full-time positions.
\n
• Ability to provide a mix of individual, family, and group sessions via telehealth platforms.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience working with youth populations is highly desirable.
\n
• Familiarity with telehealth methodologies and related technologies is a plus.
\n
• Proven ability to create treatment plans and effectively document progress in electronic health record systems.
\n
• Experience in leading group therapy sessions.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 115,000 and 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide access to free continuing education units (CEUs) to support your ongoing professional development and licensure requirements.
