Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate patient mental health status, strengths, and needs, tailoring interventions to individual situations.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to help patients manage their emotional and psychological healthcare needs.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement coordinated care plans, ensuring each patient receives holistic and consistent support.

• Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, and medication management, empowering them with knowledge to participate in their care.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions, using evidence-based approaches to facilitate recovery and enhance coping strategies.

• Create individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the patient and their treatment team, incorporating personal goals and preferences.

The Recovery Care Center offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
