Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate each patient's mental health needs, identifying challenges and treatment opportunities.

• Gather detailed patient histories to understand the context of their emotional and psychological struggles, using a strengths-based approach.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions employing various therapeutic modalities, such as structural family therapy, system therapy, and narrative therapy.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client, utilizing psychoeducation as a cornerstone of therapy.

• Monitor and document patient progress regularly to ensure goals are being met and adapt treatment plans as necessary.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient care strategies and share successful interventions aimed at improving client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this LMFT position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, inclusive of a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
